MOQ depends on the model, finish and level of customisation. Standard colours usually start lower than custom colours or custom packaging. Tell us the models and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm the MOQ in our quotation.

Yes. We recommend testing samples of your shortlisted models before ordering. Sample cost and courier fees are quoted per request.

Yes. We can customise finish colours, add your logo to the lamp and packaging, produce branded gift boxes and develop new shapes or shades for your collection.

For our cordless lamps, battery capacity, runtime and charging method vary by model and configuration. We provide the confirmed figures for each model with your quotation, so the numbers you publish to your customers are accurate.

A candle warmer lamp has a halogen reflector bulb in the shade. Place a jar candle on the base and the bulb warms it from the top, melting the wax so the fragrance is released without an open flame, smoke or soot. Candle warmers are plug-in (not cordless); bulb wattage, plug type and voltage are confirmed per model for your market.

Compliance documents (for example CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS or REACH) are issued per model and configuration. Let us know your destination market and we will confirm which test reports apply before you order.

Lead time depends on the model, quantity and customisation. Standard items ship faster than orders with custom colours or packaging. We confirm the production schedule in writing with your proforma invoice.

We commonly work with T/T (deposit before production, balance before shipment) and quote EXW or FOB China. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

Our current range is designed for indoor and covered spaces such as dining rooms, bars and hotel rooms. Please ask before using any model in exposed outdoor areas.

We follow production closely and check finished goods before shipment. You are welcome to appoint your own inspector or third-party QC company. Spare parts are available for after-sales support.
